These terms apply to purchases and use of this website. Please read them alongside our Shipping, Refund and Privacy Policies before placing an order.
Condition of raw trading cards & collectibles
All raw (ungraded) trading card game (TCG) singles, including One Piece Card Game and related collectibles sold on CGX, are guaranteed authentic.
Every listing features actual, high-resolution photographs of the exact card you will receive. Customers are advised to inspect the front, back, corners and edges carefully prior to checkout.
Minor factory imperfections inherent to mass printing, such as minor print lines, standard centering variations or microscopic factory edge wear, do not qualify as damage or defects.
Unless explicitly stated as professionally graded, raw cards are sold based on the visual condition represented in the listing photographs. We do not promise a future grade for an ungraded card.
Professionally graded cards
A professionally graded card is identified by the grading company and grade shown in its listing. Grading is performed by the named third-party company, not by CGX. Please review the actual slab and card photographs before purchasing.
Orders, prices & payment
The currency, product price, delivery charges and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Please review your order and delivery details before payment.
Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, we will contact you to arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund for unavailable items. Payment methods depend on the providers enabled at checkout; not every method is available for every order.
Returns & refunds
A refund may be requested only where a card is received bent, creased or folded when its listing photographs show no such damage. Minor wear such as white dots, whitening, light scratches or edge wear does not qualify, whether or not visible in the listing photographs; change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Damage occurring during delivery is handled exclusively under the transit damage process in our Refund Policy, not as a condition concern. Condition-concern requests must be sent within 7 calendar days of the purchase date; a request received after this window is not accepted. Such returns must be arranged with us before sending anything back. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost, and refunds are subject to the returned card matching the condition recorded before dispatch, as set out in our Refund Policy. CGX may decline a refund where the returned condition differs. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed items are not affected.
Third-party trademarks & dealer status
CGX is an authorized CGC dealer. For PSA, Beckett (BGS) and TAG, we provide independent group submission alongside our own collection submissions. We are not an authorized dealer, official agent or affiliated partner of PSA, Beckett (BGS) or TAG. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Our store sells graded cards as secondary-market collectibles. We do not represent ourselves as an authorized PSA, Beckett (BGS) or TAG seller or middleman. New submissions are temporarily closed.
Member accounts & box claims
New membership registration requires a valid, unused claim code supplied with a CGX box. Codes are single-use. Members are responsible for keeping account credentials and unclaimed codes private. Points and lucky draw entries are separate benefits and are not interchangeable.
Your rights & contacting us
These terms are subject to applicable Malaysian law. Nothing in these policies excludes or restricts consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing order.
